The Shape of My Freedom by Jay Jeong un Yang

I created a song using Suno titled 'The Shape of My Freedom', and the lyrics were inspired by the book 'Northern Lights' by Philip Pullman.

The artwork featured in the videos was created by me using ChatGPT.

This is version 1.

This is version 2.

 Lyrics:

Verse 1
I was never built for quiet halls
Never learned the art of standing still
Got the night wind tangled in my thoughts
And a thousand roads I want to fill
Every lock was just a question
Every rule another line to cross
Got a sky inside my heartbeat
That no one else could ever boss

Pre-Chorus
They said, “Stay where you’re safe”
But safety never knew my name
I follow sparks in alleyways
And let the wild become my flame

Chorus
I’m running through rooftops
With pockets full of secrets
Laughing at danger
Like it’s calling me home
My compass is spinning
It only points to freedom
The world tilts when I tell the truth
So I keep going on my own

Verse 2
Truth burns brighter when I chase it
Like a comet tearing through the dark
I don’t shrink just to be smaller
I was always meant to leave a mark
Got constellations in my questions
Got rebellion in the way I breathe
If the cage was built around me
Then the key was always underneath

Pre-Chorus
They tried to name my limits
Tried to write my destiny
But every word they threw at me
Just taught me who I want to be

Chorus
I’m running through rooftops
With pockets full of secrets
Laughing at danger
Like it’s calling me home
My compass is spinning
It only points to freedom
The world tilts when I tell the truth
So I keep going on my own

Bridge
If I fall, I fall forward
If I’m lost, I’m still free
Every scar becomes a story
That belongs only to me
Let the storm call me reckless
Let the calm call me strange
I was born from all the moments
That refused to stay the same

Final Chorus
I’m running through rooftops
With pockets full of secrets
Laughing at danger
With my face to the sun
My compass is spinning
It only points to freedom
The world tilts when I tell the truth
And I’m not the only one

Outro
I was never built for quiet halls.
