Here is the summary:

The Kyoto Exchange Event was supposed to be a friendly interschool competition. Then a prank curse went off, everyone’s voices got swapped, and Itadori Yuji accidentally confessed his love—while wearing Fushiguro Megumi’s face.

Now Megumi (in Yuji’s body) has to deal with the fallout, Gojo won’t stop filming, Panda’s taking bets, and Nobara’s writing a remix about the confession heard round Kyoto.

Somewhere between chaos, curses, and one very awkward training session, Yuji and Megumi have to figure out how to switch back—and how to handle the fact that, for once, honesty wasn’t a mistake.
